Pros: Friendly host, easy check in and check out procedures, comfy beds, amazing rooftop swimming pool. Washing machine and dryer are so useful for family

Cons: The pressure of shower head. The curtains in ensuite are not covering well

Comfortable fairly convenient location with good views and an adequate kitchen facilities.

Pros: The size and facilities in the room were pretty good. I liked having a washing machine and the lockable outside gate.

Cons: We didn’t receive sheets for the child’s bed initially, and had to ask for them. There were no extra towels. There were details like where to take full rubbish bags which were missing. Design of the bathroom was lacking - the shower spray wets the whole bathroom - no shower door.

Great experience, worth the price.

Pros: All of the facilities were up-to-date, great for family stays as it is spacey & activity-oriented (sauna, gym, pool, library, multi purpose hall, playground). Pretty city view!

Cons: Firstly, the lift can be confusing. Ended up going through the lift bomba with dysfunctioned light at night. Next, issues upon entering the reserved parking. I have registered parking lot yet still need to show access key (each time when entering so I was wuite perplexed) while others don’t have to. Then, the lobby was quite hot (aircond was turned off most of the time so not suitable for long waiting time) and no workers at the lobby counter to assist clients.

Pros: the property is well maintained, very clean and completed with all the utilities and utensils. the view was awesome, and it has great space for group of friends to hang out.

Cons: its facing the sun directly, so its really hot. the ac could have been upgraded.

Wonderful Stay and Worth the Price!

Pros: Fixtures, fittings, view, hospitality, spacious room, cooking facilities, fridge, washer & dryer, futon bed, iron, kitchenwares, living room, wifi, tv, sofa....all of these collectively make it a wonderful stay!!!

Cons: garbage bin located faaaaaar awaaaay in front of the management office.
