Overall place has very nice seaview and clean

Pros: Location was convenient going anywhere as we are driving. Checking-in and obtaining the keys is clear as the owner showed videos of how to and from where till parking and accessing to the lift.

Cons: As we are driving with GPS, which at first could not find the place. Only clicking on the direction button which direct to the GPS app that it can be found. As such, we turned over & over about 3 rounds passing the apartment, which has different name.

Pros: The fabulous view,ocean view. Spacious place,feels like home,very polite & friendly . Overall i love it..also good value of money

Pros: Facing sea view, spacious, very clean and has all the kitchen utensils.

Cons: second toilet's water heater leaking and shower head holder broken. Quite dangerous for the leaking water heater. Hope owner can replace it sooner.

Pros: The view is gorgeous with the sunrise. Apartment was spacious and had great facilities for a comfortable stay (washing machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer, multi cooker, microwave, cutleries, Internet TV…). We thought there was only one bathroom but one of the bedrooms had a hidden bathroom, which was very cool, although the bathroom door can’t be fully closed with no lock.

Cons: Didn’t realise the apartment was right next to a hospital, so some elders may feel superstitious about staying in this property. We also accidentally left some of our purchases like 2 boxes of strawberries and fruits in the fridge, although it was our carelessness. Hopefully, the cleaning staff did not throw them away, rather they enjoyed the fruits themselves.

Pros: The view is exceptional, the unit is big and clean, the location is perfect. We had a great time staying at this unit.

Homestay with strategic location and superb view

Pros: The location is strategic and walking distance to Gurney Drive within 15 mins. The house is spacious and clean. The view from the house is superb too especially view from the first room. You are woken up by sunrise at the sea level when you staying at the first room. 24 hours convenience store is just below this condo and you can get everything from there in the midnight.

Cons: The car park route is small and I need to pay extra attention when I trying to drive up to designated parking slot. FYI, I was driving 4x4 during this trip. If someone driving similar car, it's recommended to park right in front of condo instead of the parking slot. The fan in the living room is spoiled and the owner should take a look on that.

Pros: Récupération clés facile dans une boite. On peut accéder facilement au centre 30min à pied ou taxi grab. Tout confort

Pros: Overall good and friendly staff too. Very nice view! Will book again if I come to Penang for next time
