Tiny mini Room with magical touch located at the heart of Georgetown city :)

Pros: Tiny compact room with all needed ameneties , check in was fast But this hotel still collect room key deposite Which i found it very annoying when i only using digital payment option to check in at the hotel. Water dispenser should be provided at all floor for easy guest use. Other than that everthing was funtastix love walking around Near the hotel and get fat with nearby Birch house MCd :) i recomend this to everybody

Cons: Water dispenser only available at the lobby area, limited parking.

Pros: Was a really nice location, 100m. from Penang Timesquare bus stop (i took the bus to go Penang hill and Ayer itam market), 200-300m. from supermarket, GAMA, and Komtar, and also close to street food and Kuantan market. My room was Deluxe Queen Room with no window, clean and suitable size for 1-2 people. Staffs were nice and friendly ^^ If I have a chance to go back again, I may stay here!!

Cons: The room next to me was a bit loud, I heard a sound from their television and their toddler/kid's voice.

Pros: The hotel is situated at a busy and heavy traffic main road beside Sri Kamatchi Amman Temple. You can walk to McD Birch House in 2 min, Hin Bus Depot in 4min, Komtar in 8min, nearest Ban Heang in 5min and the famous Sup Hameed in 3min. You can take the Rapid Penang bus 204 direct to Penang Hill Station from nearby Penang Times Square bus stop. The staff (Mr. Jammy) is friendly and informative. Kindly explained to me the right bus routes etc. The room is a standard budget hotel size. Clean and comfortable bed with a small desk and a chair. Bathroom also clean. The housekeeper will makeup the room by request. Overall, good place if you want to stay in the city. Not recommended if you want to walk around and stay near by the historic city area.

Cons: Poor network coverage. Slow WiFi. Most of my incoming calls did not get through. The hotel should also consider to install more clothes hooks. Both the room and the bathroom are also dim lighted.
