Pros: The appartement is spacious, very clean and well equipped. We stayed as a family and the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed the pool and a basic gym. The property is a 20 min bus ride from the centre of Georgetown, but there are busses leaving frequently from just outside the appartement.There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Overal is good stay.
Pros: Easy to check in/out. The host supported me to check in earlier at 11am. The whole apartment is super good, the facilities are new and well functioned. There is a night market nearby, opened every Friday night.
Cons: We need to prepare the travel adapter as all the power sockets are Malaysian style (3-pronged).

Pros: Very friendly staff, the guard also very helpful. Utensils (plate, mug, fork, spoon etc..) provided. Has extra bedding and pillows too. Near to 1st bridge, not close to big main road so we have a peaceful sleep.
Cons: Honestly there’s a few cons here, not provide dish rack to drying. Doesn’t have scissors 😅 knife kinda dull. Hehehe that’s all.

LOVED the place.
Pros: Everything. The staff, the facilities, they go out of their way and are extremely courteous and gentle. We wished they were taking care of more buildings,we'd have rented from them at the drop of a hat! If these experts coach others to be as hospitableas they are, they'd have an empire. And they have a ton of space, even the bed gas storage under it. Super clean!
Cons: Nothing but can add as feedback that the one bed and kitchen is congested but the fittings are so beautiful, one doesn't mind. Laundry rack definitely needs a separate space.

Pros: Bed was really comfy 👌 Location was great 👍 Staff really friendly 🥰 We had everything that we needed for one week stay⭐️ They let us leave our luggage longer after we checked out. Our flight was in the evening, so we got couple of hour gap and that was a great option to go out for lunch without struggling with our luggage 🧳 Place fitet in our expectations.
Cons: Pool water wasnt looking so clear, neighbour pool was looking much nicer, we didnt try to go to swim just for that reason. Apartment requires abit of renovation. It looks worn out in some parts. And shower door opening inwards so its abit dificult to get inside bcz also little shelve to put shower products on, is in your way. But we are bigger size people. Maybe thats the problem😉 and mold in the shower unfortunately is a common problem in every hotel we are reserving.. never see proper ventilation in all shower rooms in Asia. But thats dificult to get rid of it when house was built in the way without ventilation systems. I wish you all the best and hope your all customers will be happy with stay at your apartment!

Pros: Super clean.. Good location.. Enjoy the stay a lot..got PS4 to play here Nice swimming pool.. Towel,toothbrush,toothpaste,soap, detergent all supplied.. The washing machine really did a great job. Impressed by the wardrobe and furniture chosen by the owner 👍
Cons: Somehow Netflix didn't work..ask the staff but got no response 🙂↕️ other apps like youtube work fine.. Narrow parking route.. probably hard to maneuver if u bring long car like MPV or pickup...but its not Impossible..
