Highly recommended apartment. Clean and great location.

Pros: The location is excellent and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, approachable and great communication. Highly recommended.

Cons: It would be good if there are 2 keys to the main door given.

Pros: Location is good. There are several restaurants, night market, food court near by. It is not far from old town, we took grab or walked to old town several times. If I'd visit Penang again, I prefer staying in condos near Gurney Plaza area.

Pros: the location was very strategic! also the place we stayed was very nice and comfortable. my family really enjoyed our stay there. person-in-charged also very nice and prompt to reply. gave clear instructions and very helpful.

The stay is good and the building offers good facilities

Pros: The stay was ok: very stable and fast wi-fi, workspace, comfortable bed, good city view, good building with gym and pool. No mold or damp smell in the room which was great. Easy check in even late at night. In the building you have many coffee shops, restaurants and laundry/storage place. Good advantage.

Cons: the hosts aren't responsive to your requests sometimes. The apartment itself should have a night lamp and a more racks in the bathroom so you can place shampoo/gel on a comfy level. A bit noisy when guests walk through corridor late at night.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The sea view was amazing and everything was neat

Pros: The apartment was very clean and it was easy to get there. The host were responsive and it felt like being in someone's home. I love that there were also books to read (if you are into some reading!)

Cons: Perhaps not having to ask the guets to take out the thrash.
