Pros: It is just like the picture shown. It was a really good stay! Very comfortable and convenient to go everywhere~ the owner is very kind, friendly and thoughtful! All the tableware is clean.

Overall good except for parking and lift.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. I like the homestay and the location. Very convenient and near to many food places. Nice view and cooling.

Cons: The parking is too high, you need to drive up to 8th floors. By the time u are up, u don’t feel like driving out already. So ended up we grab most of the time throughout our stay. The lift waiting is also very long and packed most of the time. Many tourist in and out everyday.

Pros: It's a great location—within walking distance to the food court and restaurants. The host provides two parking spaces on the 8th floor. The higher level wasn't a problem for me. At my request, Mian (our host) generously purchased two chairs suitable for the very elderly.

A highly satisfying, strategically located Penang rental with thoughtful amenities, great value

Pros: Very satisfying, no wonder this unit is always full, I rented for two nights and intended to continue for another 3 days, but I could not extend because it was already booked by someone else for the next 1 week. the location of the unit is very strategic, located in the city center, on the main road, culinary centers can be reached on foot, take a grab to go anywhere around George Town for less than 10 ringgit. the host is very attentive to details, they provide power sockets for charging devices, very helpful for guests who come from countries that have different power socket standards from Malaysia, they separate halal and non-halal cutlery, they even provide detergent for the washing machine, with the price offered, I got 3 rooms, although I only used 2 rooms, each room was provided with clean towels, clean sheets and blankets, and each room had large windows. there are almost no shortcomings of this unit, I will prioritize this unit if I return to Penang

Pros: Een lekker ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Je hoeft maar contact op te nemen met de eigenaresse en zij regelt het Mooi uitzicht en een aantal winkels dichtbij. Niet ver van het centrum . Is te lopen ong half uur en anders grab.
