Excellent stay

Pros: Very neat, super clean, comfortable. Perfect area to stay in. The owner was really helpful and the instructions given for self check in were very clear.

Cons: The only thing that i could add if the owner could prepare 3in1 coffee mix.

Pros: Thanks for the Host , very helpful and we have a great time over there , The Swimming Pool is awesome, nice view and very pleasant staying . We the whole family have a great time and definitely we will have the 2nd time visit if we come back . The House condition is great.

Pros: Excellent customer service, quick and attentive response. Well-maintained facilities and building, time to time will see workers maintaining/repairing faulty areas in the parking lot.

Cons: Parking spot too high above, always need to drive up many floors for parking.

Overall loved the stay here and will come back in future.

Pros: The place was very clean, neat and organized. Worth it. Location was quiet and peaceful. The interior was very modern, minimalistic and beautiful 😍. The instructions were simple.

Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen with good facilities. Access to a swimming pool on the roof. Good location in Georgetown. Overall excellent value for money, would book again when visiting Penang.

Cons: Bathroom could be made better with something to stop the water from the shower spraying across the whole bathroom floor like a shower door. Toilet roll would be better placed in a horizontal holder rather than vertical as you end up tearing off more paper than necessary. Parking is handy but does involve ascending a lot of spiral slopes with tight corners so need to be careful especially if you have a large car.

Cons: The exhaust fan got a little bit noise

Pros: Beacon is located at the outer ring of George Town but everything are within 5 min driving distance. You can take Grab Car or rent a car so it is not a problem. Infinity pool is magnificent especially at night. Other facilities like gym room, library (study room), sauna room and playground was well maintained. Beacon's security is very tight and it is very safe to stay here. Host will contact you a day before checking in and gives you a very clear check in process so that you are able to clear all the security checks. This is our 3rd stay at Beacon and this host is the best of the 3rd time.

Cons: A few times we came back at 5 to 6 pm and the light of the elevator waiting area was so dark. Management should use motion sensing light coz mostly families with kids and elderly will stay here. Others are great
