Great place to stay in Georgetown

Pros: The space was big and neat. We had everything we needed. The check in was quite easy. The pool was just a few floors up and it was great spot for the heat of the afternoon.

Cons: The ac was not as powerful as in other places, but it was perfect for our needs.

Nice place to stay.. will recommend to others too.. & nice swimming pool view

Pros: Water pressure gud enough.. clean & well organised..

Cons: Not enough blankets.. should provide extra blankets for extra bed.

Pros: The place was so convenient. Great place for family's.

Cons: 1 of 2 air conditioners was not working. Other than that it was a great vacation.

Pros: Their room view was excellent. room facilities are excellent, swimming pool with excellent view. they are very customer-friendly. my baby destroyed their bed cover. we found it after leaving penang on that day. we were trying to pay them back, but failed due to rush to return to bangladesh, but they never pushed us for this extra payment.

Cons: Someone should be their while check out for checking everything is ok or not.

Pros: Strategy location to go around town, 4min walking distance to Chinese kopitiam for breakfast

Pros: Comfortable and clean home conditions make our vacations even more comfortable. I will recommend it to other members.

Pros: The house does come with basic facilities but it was spotless clean. The common facilities also still new and well maintain. I love the infinity pool at the top floor of the building. The owner & management team was very attentive to my request. I accidentally left my ring in the house after checked out i texted them to find for me, and the team work well together and they are very honest to return back my ring. Really appreciate their honesty and effort to return it back to me.

Cons: Nothing and keep up good work.

Pros: Great location and facilities. My kids love the pool and i love the gym 😃

A few issues but a good stay

Pros: The photos are clearly from many different apartments. We ended up on the 20th floor (apt 7) which was much better than the photos suggest - the view, large balcony, lovely decor, modern fully kitted-out kitchen. The place was huge but only 2 of us staying there. It's advertised to sleep 10. With only 2 bedrooms (that's 4 people) I'm not sure it'd be comfortable with 6 people in the only living area. We loved the pool area (although lack of seating / sunbeds was disappointing) with fabulous views. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. The apartment was well stocked with toilet paper, dishes, spare batteries etc. There was no clothes airer to dry wet clothes, when we messaged them they dropped one off within hours. Check in and check out was seamless. Despite the below issues, I think I'd return.

Cons: The balcony door wouldn't lock as it was broken. We reported it on arrival and 1 week later still not fixed meaning the apartment was never secure. The curtains are all broken and not being able to open/close was annoying. The A/C isn't very strong at all in the main living area you so need to leave it on all day, but even then the room doesn't get cold, nor even cool (apt 20-7 is a corner unit with all-day sun and floor to ceiling windows). The noise (but I am a light sleeper) - the mosque every morning and noisy children upstairs running around and moving furniture day and night was annoying. The building is full of AirBnBers so little regulation nor neighbourly respect I feel.
