A great property, I would book again!

Pros: It’s a very spacious apartment with very comfy beds. I liked the personal touches such as the running and triathlon medals. It was within a 25 minute drive of all of the different tourist spots in Penang.

Pros: The unit is clean, tidy, fully furnished. The location is strategic, there were restaurants and mart at walking distance. The landlord and management team are friendly and helpful. They provide prompt responses when needed. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very modern apartment. Helpful owner. Beds comfortable. Aircon worked well. 3 bedrooms for our family was perfect. Swimming pool.

Cons: Mosque nearby....be prepared for loud call to prayers. Busy main road a little noisy but ok.

I will strongly recommend the place to those planning to visit Penang.

Pros: The place is very clean and simply beautiful. The location is superb as it is very close to Gurney Drive and also to the Straits Quay. Plenty of restaurants around the area. If you don’t drive, the bus stop is about 100 metres from the apartment and one can explore the island by taking the public bus. Very convenient.

Cons: Nothing as the place is perfect.

PLEASANT STAY IN THE LANDMARK. SPACIOUS & HOMY.

Pros: I love Everything, especially the staff (Surya). He is indded very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Well eventhough the location is quite center, but the front road was always busy and jammed. it took sometime for the grab to get to the location. But only 5-10 min longer. Other than that everything was great!

Wonderful apartment with amazing views and kind to your pocket

Pros: The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The views are breathtaking. It's in a nice area of town with restaurants and shops next door. Our flight was rescheduled so we arrived after midnight. The host was kind enough to have someone waiting for us when we arrived.

Great family homestay unit with breathtaking view

Pros: 1) Unit is spacious and clean. 2) Host is very responsive and helpful. Very prompt to address issue 3) Loacation is good where you can get many restaurants to eat. 4) Car parking lot is convenient to access unit. 5) Very good view of Gurney drive and the sea. 6) Unit is well equiped with everything you need for a family stay. Would highly recommend this place.

Cons: 1) Masterbedroom toilet bulb fused but was attended very promptly. Nothing much negative other than this.
