Overall, would've been perfect if check-out was more flexible.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The massage chair was great touch & perfect for relaxing after a long, tiring drive. The room came well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, cloth hangers and fresh towels. Nice and convenient.

Cons: The stay was okay, but a few things could be improved. Room curtains weren't blackout. RM300 deposit was required at check in, which I overlooked during the booking. The main issue is Check-out time was strict at 11am, there was no flexibility with the time, and we were rushed to return the key. This caused us to hurry and accidently lock ourselves out while still in carpark. It was a stressful end to the stay.

Very spacious condo, comfortable and great communication!

Pros: We loved this unit/condo! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for a family! There are two kitchen areas and it's easy to make your own food there. The bedrooms are huge and sleep several people, 3 bathrooms as well! We loved the massage chair too! And it was easy to do our own laundry there! The owners are very communicative and accommodating, very understanding! The area is easy to navigate, with shopping areas nearby. I went running outside every day from the unit and enjoyed exploring and finding the beach! I was able to find some a trail system nearby as well, to do some solo trail running! Gorgeous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat, we loved it!

Massage chair

Pros: After a full day at Escape Penang and a long walk around Penang, the massage chair does help a lot relieving muscle sore.. So worth it!!

Pros: Comfortable. The homestay very clean. Well suited for family stay. This apartment provide almost everything i need.

Pros: So great! Definitely will come again. Place so clean and spacious. Easy check in check out process. Great view and location. My kids enjoy the swimming pool also. Thank you guys for hosting!

Wonderful and unforgettable stay in Penang

Pros: - Amenities is sufficiently complete within the unit. - High speed wifi, suitable for work from home. - Laundry and mart just downstairs. - Strategic location to Gurney and Batu Ferringhi.

4D3N stay

Pros: Clean and comfortable unit for group of 7. Well furnished. Good location with eateries and grocery stores within short walking distance and it's a good base to drive out to other attractions. Host provided clear instructions to check in and out. There was a massage chair in the unit which the kids enjoyed.

Cons: Not a whole lot. Allotted car parking bay was a tight squeeze and far from the lift lobby. Bathroom floors were sticky and became very slippery when wet due to detergent residue. It was better after we washed the floor.

One of the best stay ever

Pros: I really enjoyed spending my holiday here. It was very clean and neat. Everything was there to enjoy our day. There was utensils for us to cook as well. I really loved the bathtub and massage chair experience

Clean and comfortable stays

Pros: 1) Nice swimming pools and quiet environment. 2) The unit with working desk, high speed wifi and free Netflix channel, suitable for who need to working online like me. 3) Hot water bathtub for release stress is plus point. 4) Clear check in instruction.
