Great apartment

Pros: Very large apartment with great views from the balcony.

Cons: A deep clean would benefit the kitchen to stop ants.

Good value

Pros: Very spacious. Good view. Nice to have a balcony. Really appreciated the washing machine. Aircon and overhead fans worked extremely well. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Cleaning could be a bit more thorough. It wasn't dirty, but not spotless either. The kitchen utensils could be improved. There was one knife, two cups- a bit tricky if you are a bigger group. Also one cooking pot was really burnt and unuseable.

Pros: It was a great location and the apartment will filled with all basic amenities.

Cons: The lifts were quite slow especially during check out but this is not a reflection of the hosts but rather an inconvenience caused by external factors.

Worth to stay

Pros: Clean and comfy. Lots of soft toys and extra pillows.

Cons: The payment was very confusing. Usually the home stay or hotel will charge thru credit card but this home stay have to pay deposit then pay the balance by cash or transfer. Honestly it's a bit inconvenient as we were whole day outside. Secondly, we booked 5 adults, we only got 4 towels and miscom during getting the additional towel, I have to go up and down to get it. Lastly, the shampoo was empty and thankfully the owner bought us the shampoo and passed to us at round 1030pm. Overall, it's worth to stay but suggest the owner to monitor the cleaner closely.
