Pros: We liked that it was nice for a family of four but tbh the place can accommodate more. Got the view of the sea which was a good view. The owner were very attentive, which we truly appreciate. There was indeed 2 toilets which was great. The parking was so convient as well.

Cons: There we some dust that came out under the sofa and the bed which we just swept. ( we didn't mind doing so )

Pros: Bryson, the property manager, gave me a 5-Star advisory service. Parking is covered, directly facing the main door & Starbucks. Just outside the parking lot is a stretch of public parking bays, good if you have visitors. The apartment at 3pth floor has a direct view to Gurney Drive reclaimed land d the open ocean. It's breathtaking.

Cons: Sometimes large crowds gather around the lift lobby. If you do check out, come out earlier so you don't face many lift stops.

Generally I love this place and will come back.

Pros: It had a water filter, the kitchen was complete for a holiday stay, eg heat up food, cut fruits, make a hot drink. The host had cute soft toy curtain tie backs. Place is clean, view of the sea, and the host is very responsive. Parking was easy, no driving up tight multi-storey car parks. The key lock system is excellent.

Cons: I have feedbacked to the hosts and they will be looking into this.

Good place to stay but required improvements.

Pros: Good Seaview on 30th floor. Very clean. Complete with iron, hair dryer, cold fridge, air fryer, washing machine, towels, hot water kettle, filteted water dispenser, utensils. Good supply of blankets as weather was cold at night. Well organized and thoughtful decorations. Suitable for 7 pax.

Cons: Was requested to pay extra deposit after fully paid my booking. Only one entrance given. Troublesome to pass key around for different outings n timing. We stayed 3 nights. Usually 2 keys are expected. Only 1 car park. No extras to rent. Required attention on safety to prevent injury of anyone renting. 1. Dining and balcony chairs were unbalanced. 2. A broken vase was on the tv table. We removed n placed on the fridge top upon discovery. 3. No latch or lock on gate to entrance. Uncomfortable feeling even after we closed the front door as no key hole to see who is on the outerside. 4. Water pressure for shower is low. Was looking forward for nice hot shower after returning. Rather disappointed.
