Pros: The whole apartment was sparkling clean. Aircond is vry cold. Hot shower working nicely. Kitchen utilities were basic but ot Its very helpful

Pros: Easy access and easy contact with the owner, clean and tidy. Fridge full of ice and kitchen working. No issues

Cons: It's close to the train station but bit far from the busy part of town, still noisy from the street. It was very minor inconvenience, not a problem. No WiFi

the stay is really valued for money with room for improvement opportunity (minor but achievable) .

Pros: Strategic location as easy access to destination (4-8km). The stay is really value for money. New setup with items in tip-top condition.

Cons: Restaurant downstair still have customer and noisy (motorbike) around 2.00am, suggest to have better sound proof window/ balcony door. Owner to consider put up air conditioner for Room 3 (small horsepower will do); Other 2 rooms are fine with coldzy air cond. Suggest to have better guide for entering building car park and finding designated parking lot (signage on floor and not on pillar).
