Ipoh Cozy Stay Near Town & Park

A nice stat near town

Pros: It's conveniently located near the town. We get to go almost everywhere within 20 mins with a car. The apartment comes with everything we need and looks really nice. The host was kind to share tips on where to dine during the Chinese New Year holiday. No issues with checking in and out and I didn't experience the issue with the guard that I read on Google Maps

Cons: There's a cleaning fee that's somehow not made clear until the last step of the booking. The remote of the TV is hard to manoeuvre and the broadband was poor for us to have an uninterrupted viewing

Pros: The host was incredibly responsive and provided exceptional service! The property was immaculately clean and equipped with all the basic utensils. We were pleasantly surprised to find some snacks left for us as well. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location felt very secure.

Cons: There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about the property! The only downside is that it’s a bit off the main road if you’re not driving. This might mean you’ll need a taxi every time you go out.

True to its name 💯

Pros: As the name suggests the apartment it’s very cozy. It was exceptionally clean. I love the decor and the shampoo & shower provided. It will comfortably accommodate 4 people. It’s about 30min walk from old town and Ipoh Central Market or alternatively around 7MR by Grab. Loved the keyless access to the apartment. Easy check in and clear instructions. Responsive host. Also, the fact that I don’t have to deal with deposit to book the property was a winner for me. It’s really beautiful apartment for comfortable stay. It was nice and quiet stay. We could not hear anything or anything around us.

Cons: It was on the 14th floor and I’m not big fan of heights. The pool was still closed for maintenance, but it wasn’t an issue for us as we had no time to use it anyway 😊. Gym was good but has no air conditioning installed just fans. Exercising in the heat is not for the weak. The good thing is that if used early in the morning it’s not exposed to direct sunlight. Everything provided in the apartment was perfect. Although two things would’ve been nice to have was glasses for soft drinks and a toaster.

Pros: Great location. nice to be family trip and friend. Host are very friendly and very fast response.

Cons: TV abit small, and suggest install android TV Box

Pros: a very clean and comfortable house to stay here. all kitchen appliances are there. there is a washing machine to make it easier for customers to clean clothes. i am very satisfied to stay here

Cons: need to fix a bigger ironing board for customers to be more comfortable

Trip to Ipoh

Pros: Complete apartment with a very nice theme. You just bring your clothes. Basic thing that we need is provided. The location is nice with the view of Ipoh City.

Cons: Need to replace iron board. It's so short for pregnant women. There's no cupboard (only hanger & hang bar) in room 2 but I didn't need it anyway since I stay for 2 night only. 🥹

Pleasant stay calm place

Pros: We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Anderson Residence, Ipoh. The place was clean, spacious, and suitable for a family trip. Location is convenient and easy to access, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Overall, a good experience and we would definitely recommend this place to others!
