Clean-Convenient-Easy Direction!

Pros: I didn't have the hassle of stopping at post box to pick up property key (my most favourite part of this property), parking was easy to find because the owner actually made video of everything from the moment we enter the property at guardhouse (so you already know to take left or right lane for visitor) until you enter the unit! Very thoughtful owner/management! Would definitely consider staying here again (provided available) during my next Ipoh trip!

Cons: No floor mat outside master bedroom, told the owner, he explained that it wasn't always the case. Right before we arrived that day, the floor mat accidentally got soaking wet, this reason was acceptable (accidents happen, and I booked my stay VERY last minute, so they didn't have time to improvise at the time, I totally understand)! Also it wasn't that big of a deal, as I managed to solve this by moving the floor mat from kitchen to the master bedroom. Owner was okay with this, so pretty much problem solved!

Superb

Pros: The place was clean and it has everything that we needed. Towels, soap and shampoo were available for usage too. Very comfortable and will come again in future

Excellent place to stay

Pros: The property were exemplary fantastic. By looking at the picture, going in and looking by yourself is soo much different. Ambient is excellent. On top of that, the property owner was so helpful to return back my left behind spectacles at the property. He returned it by himself all the way from Ipoh to KL. Definitely will revisit this property on the next visit.

Pros: Lovely apartment - everything very clean & well maintained. Host sent clear instructions promptly & easy to check in. We had a car & car parking was good. Without a car the location is a bit remote.

A very comfortable place to stay, and we would definitely return if given the chance.

Pros: The check-in process for the apartment was quite easy, including the entry and exit procedures. The security guard was very helpful with any questions that arose. The room was tidy and comfortable, equipped with essential basic amenities such as a refrigerator, cooking facilities, and toiletries.

Cons: The parking area (especially for first-time guests) was quite confusing, and the surroundings were rather dark and quiet. Fortunately, we got a parking spot near the elevator to our room. We checked in around 6:00 PM, and the weather was dark and rainy. However, thankfully, the night went well as the area was well-lit.
