Superb Stay in Oasis

Pros: Location was good...the host Adel was excellent,she assisted and guided me with such a professional way. Will surely stay again if I'm going to Ipoh.

Cons: A bit of dust ..cleanliness can be upgraded Overall I'm happy

Fabulous stay in Ipoh

Pros: Very clean with fabulous view of the mountains. Easy check in and check out. Bed was super comfortable however the pillows are very thin.

Cons: Perhaps for improvement of service to consider changing the sofa because when we sat we can feel the spring and the frame. For more luxurious feel to consider putting all white beddings in all rooms. Towels are a bit worn out. Also too many plastic flowers on the walls which attracted a lot of dust.

Pros: Location, design, cleanliness and the view is superb… we get to see sun rise right before our eyes… water pressure in shower is good. AC is good. Towels are clean and fresh

Cons: Sofas are not comfortable. Kitchen facilities are limited such as bread toasters, microwave oven, wine glasses, tables coasters, dish clothes, dish washing detergent and beverages were limited
