Overall, enjoyed our stay and host is gracious and helpful, would recommend to others.

Pros: Great location, easy walk to all the places we wanted to go. Beds are very comfortable, contour pillows much appreciated (regular pillows also available). Spacious apartment with a comfy couch and good a/c, would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Cons: If I have to nick pick, the water pressure of the shower could be a little stronger.

Not the luxurious accommodation, but excellent value for money in very good location.

Pros: Great location, very close to the restaurants, night market and just across the river from the old town. Apartment is very comfortable. It was only two of us so we didn’t use second bedroom or bathroom. I think that bedroom can get bit hot. Kitchen has basics. We didn’t cook, so can’t comment on if there is all required. It was great to have a washing machine. Extra bonus that washing powder and pegs were provided. Overall, I would recommend it as a good base in Ipoh.

Cons: Common problem with Malaysia is mould. And I think that needs to be accepted as it goes with the climate.

Pros: Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at Ipoh City Centre Majestic Homestay. Everything was perfect — the place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and helpful, and the pool view was absolutely beautiful. The location is also convenient, close to everything in the city. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh!

Great comfort at a very affordable price and close to the city

Pros: Our host communicated with us at a very early stage already, making sure that all our needs would be met. Easy instructions to get the key for the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Nice beds, nice shower, nice view from our balcony over the city. And a beautiful swimming pool. Walking distance from the city. Plenty of parking available. The apartment also felt very safe and secure.

Cons: Nothing. Was a very pleasant stay.

Great location and accommodation

Pros: Very central location, the place was clean and spacious. Little touches around the apartment such as little soft toys, games, etc, made it feel very homey to stay there. Rachel was very responsive. The first time we used the washing machine, water leaked and when I contacted Rachel, she came within 30 mins to fix the issue to ensure we could be comfortable staying there.

Pros: Comfortable with a nice pool. Pretty good location. Well thought details such as sufficient hangars in the room & bathrooms, nice set-up, rack for shoes, sufficient rack places to put things, extra extension cord, clear communication. Rooftop with nice view of Ipoh town. Easy check-in.

Cons: Would be nice if there is a full length mirror

Pros: A cozy and quiet stay. Walking distance to the famous chicken rice and peanut candy shops.
