Pros: Love the security, superb..Water pressure is strong. WiFi is strong ,can enjoy watching you tube after studying a long time how to use the 2 remotes.The owner is good to look into all the details of a comfortable stay for the occupants.We all super love the cloth rack outside the balcony, makes our washing and drying of our laundry so much easier. I requested for 2 sets of keys for convenience and my wish was granted. Thank you Alex for all the extra efforts

Cons: The sofa needs new cover since it is cracking all over. The blankets can be thicker or prefer duvet since the air con is cold.

Good & satisfying stay, will come back again

Pros: 1. Location near city & eateries 2. Security of the apartment is very good & safe. 3. Apartment is very clean 4. Bedding of the room is better than expected, can actually fit 8 pax

Cons: 1. can't operate the TV.. since we didn't spend much time in the apartment so it is okay.. an instruction to use the TV will be good. 2. Master bedroom shower head is too high! and splashes everywhere. 3. It will be good if the entrance to the unit has a sensor light for us to open the locks. 4. with the unit's key chained to the power card, once we insert the power card to have lights on we can't lock the grill. 5. Dining table is too small & only 2 dining chairs that are not solid.

Unexpected.. House owner siap sediakan makan minuman ringan secara berbayar in case lapar or dahaga.

Pros: Security was tight. Feel safe stayed there sbb setiap kali nak kemana-mana kena touch key card. A thing needs to remember kalau nak mandi kolam kena bawak swimming suit ye. Bukan t-shirt/seluar biasa kita mandi di pantai dsb but swimming suit or baju dan seluar fit. Kalau tak security tak bagi mandi. One more thing that I like is about parking.

Cons: A bit tough to move separately sbb setiap kali nak keluar need someone to touch key card to access the building but overall was superb excellent service.
