Pros: The location, security assistance, the price is value for money, clean n cozy.

Cons: Sink pipe is leaking, the sink in 2 bathrooms make a loud noise for 2 times in the middle of the night and 1 time in the morning. Make us woke up suddenly. This is the first time I'm experiencing this kind of issue. Another thing I don't like is about the grill door can't lock at all. We didn't feel safe to stay. Only the wood door can be locked. Please fix it! Thanks.

Pros: The location is near to the tourist shopping area.

Cons: The apartment has unpleasant smell especially in the kitchen. A few cockroaches in the 2nd toilet. Bidet is not working well.

Pros: The house is very clean..near to all restaurant that is viral..we may consider to come back.

Cons: Take note the deposit is quite high..got to prepare the money..notification or return message is quite slow and last minutes but they did a good job. Return of refund is very fast.

Pros: It’s an apartment building. Not in a hotel so if you wish to meet others and exchange tips about the city or even use luggage drop off. This cannot be done

Cons: Far from the center, no information from the booking regarding the pool, gym and such facilities. No luggage drop off
