Very nice appartment, check in info needs update

Pros: Very clean appartment, lovely stay and spacious home with 2 bathrooms! Also the washing machine is a great plus and works very well.

Cons: The check in info was unclear: apparently the booking address is not the correct address (it’s still a 7min walk from there.. which we had to do with a stroller, 2 small kids and a big suitcase). Also the guard should guide us into the building, but he was not willing to. At the end we got in the building (where the locker is with a key to the appartment) with the help of a tenant coming out of the building and letting us in. I think check in info should be more clear (also sharing how to reach the pool etc)

Pros: Cozy home with full facilities. Friendly and responsive host. Cleanliness is well kept.

Pros: Great location. Other than some wear and tear here and there, the unit is properly maintained and clean. The host was responsive, helpful and accomodative..

Really good place to stay

Pros: Really nice place, good facilities, great response, close to Old Town and New Town

Cons: The beds are a little hard

Pros: We were travelling with family so location, cleanliness and facilities were our priorities. Firstly, the key collection process was super easy. I had requested the room to be cleaned properly and they did a fabulous job. most essential toiletries and utensils were provided and when I asked if the tap water is drinkable, the manager voluntarily gave us 2 big cans of drinkable water. The view was spectacular and peaceful. The manager was super sweet and the check out was hassle free. If we ever plan a trip to ipoh again we're going to stay here.

Cons: Only issue was that the spin cycle of the washing machine was not working. not a major issue though.

Pros: Cleanest ! As i was bringing my baby for the trip, cleanest is priority. Satisfy wth our stay there. Room is comfy, toilet no bad odour comes from pipe since this is condo unit. Book twice with diff room . Both unit is clean .

Pros: Everything looks good, and it's a great location. Check-in and check-out process is clear and easy. Thank you.
