Pros: Nice and clean apartment. Helpful host, easy to communicate, remote check in and check out worked very well. Possibility to use rooftop pool for free was a bonus.

Strategically placed floor mats & good water pressure

Pros: We were here for the marathon run near the stadium and this place was great. It has strategically placed floor mats (very important for us, so our feet and the floor is kept clean), good water pressure for the shower, good towels, water filter for drinking, basic kitchen appliances and tools, and comfortable beds.

Cons: The main door stopper needs adjustment cos the closing sounded too loud and disturbing; only one set of access card and key so must plan access among friends; just one bathroom. Maybe provide more spare pillows, perhaps?

Pros: The appartment is really good and comfortable in a nice neighbourhood with many eateries and shops. We loved the infinity pool. The beds are also great, especially the big one.

Cons: There could have been more cutlery, plates and pots (just one huge knife, two plates), which is not enough for four people.

Pros: It was a great stay. I wish i could stay longer. Staff gave us clear instruction. The house was super clean, beautiful, comfortable, cozy (you name it!). All electrical appliances working fine. If i ever come to Ipoh, i would definitely book here again

Cons: I wish they can put some home fragrant. I wish they allow rental to stay until 12pm.

Highly recommend to stay here but just aware of the points above.

Pros: The check in was easy. The communication was clear and quick! There is a nice view outside. The house is comfy and small which were just nice.

Cons: *THIS IS NOT A COMMENT ON THE UNIT BUT THE WHOLE BUIDLING* Just for users information: - The parking space was quite small. It was difficult for cars like Serena to go down/up the parking floors. - Be careful when u go out from the lif lobby, because there is a small drop as u open the door. They didn't put a bigger sign or a ramp.

Pros: Very modern spotless Apartment. Fully equipped it even has a water filter. Beds extremely comfortable, lovely fresh sheets and white towels. Massive tv. Very well equipped, iron and ironing board. Single allocated parking space, car park quite tight. Fabulous rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, little park area for kids. Everything brand new! Great location 10 min walk to the centre of Ipoh. Plenty of shops/restaurants 2 minutes away. Simple check-in keys easy to collect from the postbox. Can highly recommend this Apartment.

Cons: Nothing it was superb.
