Pros: View from the balcony was nice especially during sunrise ✨️ kids loved the Netflix availability

My stay at Fairy 1 Majestic ipoh 22jan26

Pros: The location, the utilities in the unit, all the equipment of a home stay.

Cons: My shirt was spoilt by the iron by stains left behind on the iron from previous customer. The bed springs has gone soft. Hot water dispenser does not work

Very spacious but needs a deep clean

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable apartment with beautiful views from the master bedroom and balcony. Lots of homely touches. It was just a short walk into Ipoh old town and there were plenty of food options very close by. Great base for exploring Ipoh.

Cons: Cleanliness was so-so. It was fine, but not great. There were black hairs on the bedroom floor (I’m blonde), the shower and it’s glass door were stained with limescale and water marks, the decorative cushions on the sofa were literally black, the towels were old and grey, the kitchen had a thick layer of dust around the edge. It felt like they’d done a quick once over, changed the bedding, but it was in need of a proper deep clean. Most of the chairs at the dining table had wobbly legs which made us nervous to sit on them.

Last-Minute Stay with Great Hospitality

Pros: Pleasant experience at Majestic Condo Ipoh Homestay. We booked at the last minute, and everything went smoothly. The host responded promptly even though I was the one who initiated the chat. The unit was equipped with all the basic necessities for stay. The check-in process was clear and straightforward, which made things convenient. Also, the security guard at the condo was friendly and approachable.

Cons: There was an additional RM80 cleaning fee charged upon booking, which wasn’t very clearly stated. Also, the cleanliness and facilities were okay, had to lower our expectations a little.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment

Pros: The information provided by the host is very clear. The location is very good, Swimming pool is clear and good.

Value for Money, comfortable for 6 pax

Pros: Clean, relatively new furniture, adequate kitchen facilities

Cons: Squeaky metal bunk bed, sagging mattress in middle room. Apartment is suitable for 7 pax actually not counting the sofa.

Pros: Check in process was easy, the location and environment was so nice. Around there got a lot shops. The room was clean, will book again if come to Ipoh next time.

I was satisfied with my stayed and happy with the service given. Owner is so nice and good.

Great for a family getaway - would come back!

Pros: Really spacious apartment with fantastic views over the mountains and city. We were 4 people (all adults) and enjoyed running back to the apartment to rest in between our trips out. Great air conditioning, clean and the hosts are super responsive via WhatsApp. Location was really good, 3 min walk to the main street with the famous eateries. Very good security for the building too. Netflix was a plus.

Cons: Slightly hard to follow instructions to check in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't particularly strong (but not low, so still fine for showering). Bathroom is slightly dated but not a big issue.

Pros: I love everything there , very convenient and comfortable, no need to worry about the safety and u just need to bring urself and ur goods hahaha because they prepared for us so perfectly
