Comfortable with plenty of space. Ken very quick to answer questions and help out

Pros: Very secure, good location. Ken came out to help with hot/cold water dispenser within 15 minutes of us asking a question

Cons: Few dings/marks on walls. Sleeps 10 but not enough crockery/cutlery for that many people Dirty clothes and no tea towels

Pros: host was so responsibility... we book in last minute and check in on 11pm they also willing to assist us on check in.. and they allow us late check out on the next day.. super nice host.. house was clean.. house decorations is comfortable..

Pros: The apartment is so cozy and comfort, the fasilities are good, the amenities are great, the location is so strategies right in the middle of the city. The stafs are so helpfull, The check-in was smooth and so is the check-out. and this is a plus factor! Will definitely book again on my next trip to Ipoh! Service very good they consider we’re from far can check in before the actual time this is very nice treat for us thank you to the owner

Pros: The location of Majestic suites is fantastic, and a close walk to most of the restaurants and sights we had planned to visit in Ipoh. They were also able to provide a portacot for our baby, and the rooms were comfortable with good beds. The kitchen was equipped with the basics and the Netflix was appreciated. The host was also able to accommodate early check-in when requested which we appreciated. This is an excellent choice of travelling with family. Overall the apartment was neat and clean with all the amenities required.

Cons: The bathrooms both needed a good scrub.

We enjoyed our stay!

Pros: The apartment that we stayed is clean and comfortable. Pillows, bed sheet and quilt cover have fresh smell. It has all the amenities that we need, such filtered water dispenser, towels, shampoo, etc. The location is excellent. Getting the keys to the apartment was easy as clear instructions were given.
