Overall good stay

Pros: Very comfortable stay and cute deco with plushies around. Awesome view at level 41. Additional mattress given , a plus point here . Can stay 7 people comfortably. Or more if dont mind sleeping on the sofa.

Cons: Need to change the ironing board. The stand is broken. The plug points near the tv not working , hope you can fix it. The building lifts (elevator) is very very slow. At times we had to wait for 20 minutes to get down or up. Maybe the management can do something about it .

Pros: It's high floor and has a stunning view of penang. GRAB is very convenient, home away from home feeling. Nice decor. Kitchenette equipped. There was shower cream and shampoo.

Cons: Ceiling fan need a cleanup. Need a little bit of house keeping and maintenance.

Pros: The view was perfect. We got the 41st floor. The apartment was amazing.

Cons: The checkin process was not that smooth. We had requested for early checkin but still got the room at 2:45pm.

Pros: We had a veryyyy nice stay over here! The view is superb, you can see the entire Penang from the window. Georgetown city is not that far, only 5 minutes away. So the location is really near with the city and the traffic is okay over here. Would definitely comeback again over here! Super nice owner too ❤️

Best stay ever

Pros: Best place to stay. Very convenient to go other places and the view from the room is so nice. Kids loves the pool and they also got see through lif which can give a beautiful view at night .

Cons: Lif is a bit tricky but its alright. Not wait too long compared to other places.

Pros: Best place i stay at here. hope can repeat again to stay here. room so clean n tidy❤️

Pros: The house was comfortable and had a nice view with swimming pool facility.

Cons: The sofabed was not comfortable and recommended to have more plug points to charge our electronic devices.

Overall we still enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Location is easy to travel anywhere in Penang island. Check-in information given was very clear. Towels were given. Lots of soft toys in the units to cuddle. 2 of the lifts were down and we feedback to Bryson. He responded and informed the management about it. And the 2 lifts were working again.

Cons: The lift could take awhile since the unit is at high floor especially during the check-in time where a lot of other travellers check-in too. Water drips in the common bathroom which is very annoying for light sleepers in the middle of the night. Not the unit's problem but nearby unit were singing karaoke at night which affected some of us who trying to sleep early. They did stop at midnight though.

Location is strategy.

Pros: I like about the property is the views, toilet is so beautiful and clean.

Cons: Nothing.

Good and cozy stay

Pros: Almost everything was perfect. It's on the top level and view was awesome. Facilities were in order and the place was clean and decorated with cute soft toys. There's everything we need - 2 bedrooms, one with a big bed and extra mattress, and private bathroom. The other room comes with 2 beds. Electricity extensions are underneath the bed. Washing machine and drying rack are available. No washing powder, but you can easily get your own. Parking is included. Did not manage to use the condo facilities. Very nice and friendly owner, super responsive. We stayed for 2 days. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Cons: Nothing. Owner was responsive when the tv didn't work, so it's not a big deal after all.
