Executive Urban Suites - George Town @ Penang

Pros: It's convenient. We have been to Urban Suite many times before. Location and facilities are great.

Cons: There's too few elevators for the number of apartments and people in the building. We ended up waiting for a longgggggg time for available elevators every time we go out. We tried to use the staircase once, but the staircase was dirty, smells bad and there's water leakage making it wet. It's more of a building issue

Overall we had a fantastic time, enjoyed the movie night, amazing views and loved the pool the most.

Pros: It’s an excellent sized apartment for a family. My teenage son had his own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Amazing view from all rooms. Washing machine was of great use. We used it almost everyday. Thank you for being so thoughtful. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Cons: I wish the apartment had some salt, sugar, cooking oil and a good sized cooking pan (atleast the basic needs)

Love it but could be better

Pros: The property is lovely and located near the ocean so the view was amazing from the unit. I also appreciate the full length mirror and the extra large bed in the living room

Cons: The building maintenance isn’t the greatest as you can see the lobby and lifts are quite dirty and not taken care of, plus its very hot as there’s no AC or that it’s not turned on.

The overall unit is okay but the elevator system need to be improve

Pros: The pool and the unit is very clean, the host also very responsible

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Urban Suites Penang! The location was perfect, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The facilities were top-notch, and the spacious accommodations provided a comfortable retreat. The TV was a great addition, and the sea view added an extra touch of serenity to the experience. I highly recommend Urban Suites for a delightful and comfortable stay. 5 stars!

Cons: master bedroom shower need deep cleaning of tiles

Spacious, modern, bright unit but I will not be returning there due to it’s distance from the centre of Penang

Pros: It was very large, bright and spacious unit. The two separate bedrooms with their own ensuite was such a luxury. Nice size living room and a very decent kitchenette.

Cons: (1) The location is not good. It is truly in the middle of nowhere in this business industrial like district. There is nowhere close by for even a cup of coffee or a place to buy snacks. I fully realize that this is my own error in not choosing a place that was in the heart of Penang. I would not hold the resort accountable for my error in judgment. (2) even though the property appears to be quite new, there was a lot of construction going on above us and this was a MAJOR NOISE PROBLEM. Luckily I was out for most of the day but if I was in the unit during the day, this would be a major distraction (3) the bathroom needs attention: there was water on the floor when we arrived and the bidet faucet was constantly leaking.

Convenient location and comfort for family members around 4 to 5 pax. Facilities in good condition
