Recommend for friend and family
Pros: I just realised during check in, I stayed at Wayne's unit at other buildings before. Anyway, good experience too. HIghly recommended to family as the unit provided baby cot even I were not using that. Suprisingly, the building has basketball court, and Wayne provided the basketball.
Cons: The mail box's lock is bit difficult to open. The unit provided 2 free carparks, so the third car needs to park at commerical parking at level 1 & 2 (need to pay)

Pros and Cons of staying for 1 night.
Pros: The layout of the room are spacious and comfortable which can fit 10 family members. Plus the owner also provided goggles and float for swimming which i say quite convenient. The separation concept for muslim and non-muslim in term of cutlery and kitchen utensils really have my praises.
Cons: The water dispenser dont have cold water option (i wish you will use coway later), and the plates for muslim are not enough to begin with to cater for my family. I hope you can add on more plates for muslim customers after this. Then the aircond in the living room is not as cold as the rooms' airconds (should take note on that). Last one is the timing of checking out i think quite outrages because of check in at 3 pm and check out at 11 am. Should be in standard time checking out at 12 pm, at least give the customer chance to clean up the premise a bit and not to rush out due to early check out.

Pros: Everything was amazing! They have going extra miles by providing everything you would need n things you dont think you need until you saw it there at the house. I have had a baby chair n sejadah provided at a homestay, but sweet pink telekung which is clean and wangi? Nope! Swimming gears, like goggles, swimming ring? Nope! But there they have it. Extra kan? Baby potty n old people commode chair also provided. Sangat awesome! Very accommodating. Very reccomended!
Cons: Need to scrub clean the walls in the toilet. Otherwise, everything else was fine

An outstanding stay in every way – comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality were top-notch.
Pros: We had a fantastic 1-night stay at this cozy homestay! The place was well-equipped, and very comfortable for our family of six. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would love to come back!
Cons: The homestay was generally well-equipped, but I noticed there were no plastic cups or child-friendly utensils. Most of the dishes and some of the furniture, like flower vases and tables, were made of glass. As a parent, this made me a bit anxious, as I had to be extra cautious when my child was using them. It would be great if the host could consider adding some kid-friendly options in the future.

A truly Exceptional staycation
Pros: This is by far the most exceptional staycation i have ever had. The suites is at level 35 and has the nicest bird eyeview of the surroundings. It is well equipped with electrical appliances eg Flat TV, washing machine, fridge, couch/sofa etc. The rooms are cozy and really comfortable. The toilets has water heater and is clean too. It is muslim friendly as the kitchen appliances are separated for use. Its also kids friendly as having cool stuff like board games, basketball, boayant for use

Pros: All the fasilities, view are good, clean room, quite place to stay. My family enjoyed the facilities there.
Cons: Did'nt like the dishwash liquid..oily..better change with other brand. Better can give check out time at 12.00pm

Beautiful, convenient and very clean
Pros: It is superbly clean and very comfortable. I slept very well during my 2 nights stay. The facilities were great. We loved the pool and gym which was top notch. Car park was near to the lift, which was good Great location too
Cons: I hope this is a once off experience. My hubby waited for 40 minutes to ride the lift up to our unit from the car park. This happened on day 1, at around 3+pm. Plus all the other lifts were broken. Otherwise, on other times, we did not have to wait that long. I hope that the maintenance team will continuously check and maintain the lifts so that it can cater for peak hours during checkin and checkout

Perfect for families, thoughtful for all ages
Pros: Our stay at Wayne’s home was fantastic! The unit was incredibly well thought out for families, with essentials like a baby crib, high chair, and baby utensils that made traveling with little ones a breeze. The water dispenser was a huge convenience, especially for preparing drinks quickly and keeping everyone hydrated. One thoughtful touch that made a big difference was the medical shower chair. It allowed us to help our grandparents shower easily and safely, giving us peace of mind. Wayne’s attention to detail and consideration for guests of all ages truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable staycation
Pros: We stayed for a night with a big group, and Wayne’s unit exceeded our expectations. Wayne is a thoughtful and responsive host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The unit was clean, cozy, and packed with amenities like a basketball, goggles for the pool, and even baby items. We were amazed to find prayer mats, Qibla indicators, and Muslim-friendly kitchenware, which made the stay even more convenient for Muslim guests. As non-Muslims, we appreciated Wayne’s effort to cater to everyone. Wayne also prepared food dictionaries in the unit, which we could refer to for planning our meals and exploring local cuisine. This thoughtful touch really enhanced our trip. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Highly recommend Wayne’s place for a comfortable and enjoyable staycation!
