Urban Suites - Penang

I like it and feel that I will come back again.

Pros: Strategic location. The route to the place not far from Penang bridge. Very easy to deal with despite communicating through WhatsApp. Located near Penang’s popular eateries. I like the facilities.

Cons: *Taking times using the lift. *Towels are to small. Suggestion-Use a thick towel commonly used in hotels. * No free parking for second car. The parking fee for the second car is very expensive. * It seems that the check-in time is at 2 p.m. Usually, guests come to relax and go on vacation, so they don’t have enough time to use the available facilities.

Pros: I came to enjoy time with my friends from penang, she was one of my staff in my country Saudi Arabia My children like swimming pool I like washing machine

Cons: It is difficult to take a bath with cold water There is a separated heater, but it is not easy to use

Pros: Absolutely loved this place! The house was super comfy and cozy with 6 big beds, full kitchen with all the utensils, big fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine. The beds were big and comfortable, enough for the whole family. There are also 2 big TVs in the house, which was great for relaxing and movie time. The view was amazing. Can get to see the beach and Bridge right from the house. Location was perfect too—plenty of food spots, banks, and shops within walking distance. Or just order Grab if you don’t feel like going out. The building also had great facilities like a beautiful pool, jogging track, games room, lots of lifts, and vending machines with yummy snacks. The host was really helpful and easy to deal with. Overall, such a great stay.. I’d definitely come back again!

Pros: perfect for family. It's clean, spacious n the location is perfect.

Overall, it has been a pleasant stay for all of us.

Pros: We love the place and especially my kids love the swimming pool area (sand pool, slides, water fountain/spray, infinity pool and rock climbing. The rooms, toilets, kitchen and living are in good condition and clean. The location is very central especially if you want to move around Georgetown area and this place is near to famous food court for example Sungai Pinang food court and Hamilton Walk. And when you want to leave Penang, it is so near to the Penang Bridge.

Cons: We didn't have enough time to explore the sauna/steam room and the games room.

The facilities are good, only parking lot not friendly.

Pros: Please give more description on the which tower is? Very confusion. Also please provide the car park is link to 2 towers or 2 towers sharing the same car park. To avoid misunderstanding.

Cons: Please specify the parking lot number is indicated on the floor not on the pillar to avoid misunderstanding. Please provide at least 2 parking lots. One certainly not enough and parking fee is expensive.

Pros: the unit was super clean, neat and tidy. the staff was courteous, fast and efficient. did not expect the upgrading.

Cons: someone before us have damaged the non stick wok and the pot. the host to the washing machine was also damaged. aircond was leaking in the main bedroom

Pros: We had a wonderfull stay at this accommodation ! The place is absolutely beautiful with stylish interiors that are both comfortable and of high quality The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Our family had a fantastic time, and we will definitely be coming back again. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend! 🫶🏼👍🏻

Comfortable and good location, but under equipped

Pros: Great location and easy to get to various places around Penang. Good pool and friendly security staff.

Cons: Not much equipment, we had to supplement by buying an airer, extra glasses and pillows etc.

Nice apartment

Pros: I like the space of the apartment, suitable for family group to stay together

Cons: The bedsheets are not clean also the pillow
