Great location.

Pros: The bed is cozy. Great location. Near to many food resto in walking distance. Near to mall. Free parking. Everything is great. Only the space in standard room with twin bed is a bit cramped. Susah sikit nak solat.

Pros: We were in Penang for the Thaipusam Day and it was the best location to watch the Chariot pass by.

Pros: Like the room eventhough not really big, but for 2 person it was ok. Like the bed, it was comfy. The toilet was clean also not very big.

Cons: We have to go out side to iron our cloth.

Pros: For a 3 star...it was clean and 24 hr support was available. Daily room cleaning was available, has hair dryer and free body wash/shampoo. No issues with anything faulty. Near to China house/Penang hill - must go!

Cons: No ironing board in room Had to use common ironing board at corridor

Pros: Everything. Right from the front desk to the room cleaners. Everyone was amazingly friendly. My go-to hotel when in Penang. Easy access to everywhere. Walking distance to Komtat, shopping malls, and eateries.

Cons: Nothing to say as all was top notch even it's an express hotel

Short Diwali Gateaway

Pros: Had a really comfortable stay — the bed was super cozy! Big thanks to Afiq at the front desk for being so helpful with my check-in. I wanted to extend my stay, and he managed to get me a room even before check-in time. Great location too, with lots of eateries just a short walk away.
