Pros: 1. house location. 2. house is very clean and has good smell. 3. parking is easy although it is on first come first serve basis. 4. rate is good and it can accommodate for big family. 5. the toilet is very clean complete with hot water and pressure is good as well. 6. living room has air conditioned. 7. no security deposit required.

A pleasant staycation at Jelutong

Pros: The location of the property is at Jelutong so it's easy access to nearby attractions in Penang. The owner is friendly and fast respond. There is a dedicated parking lot for quest on this property. The house is clean in tidy. The bed is comfortable. The unit come with drinking water dispenser, fridge, iron, aircond and water heater.

Cons: Because of I am with my pregnant wife and my mother who is a senior citizen, no chairs in the house giving a bit uncomfort situation for them especially for my mother to perform a pray. It is good to have a small foldable table and chairs in the house for the convinience of the guest who need it. The unit do not have TV, so a bit boring at night when we stay at the house but this is not a big deal.

Pros: Appartement familial et propre, au calme dans un quartier résidentiel populaire. Les habitants du quartier sont très sympas. Machine à laver. Accueil chaleureux Ascenseur

Cons: Dans la cuisine, il n'y a qu'une bouilloire (pas de plaque chauffante ou micro ondes). Mais des possibilités pour manger facilement à l'extérieur à proximité.
