A pleasant stay with good location. Short walk to the night market and beach from the back.

Pros: Facilities are clean and new, bedding is quite comfy, mattress is a bit tall that’s a good thing. Smart tv is easy to navigate. Location is peace and quiet, not too crowded but still close to all the places

Cons: The bath area is a bit high need to be extra cautious when step in.

Pros: Things that impresed me was the quality of the bed.. The bedsheets are clean and comfy.. overall its a great experience staying at the green hall..

Cons: So basically, things that i didnt like was the shower place at the toilet..it was quiet difficult to go in and cm out.. thats all.. tq.

I would recommend for everyone who wants to have comfortable stay in historic part of the city.

Cons: At times, there was a loud water pump noise that disrupted my stay. It was quite disturbing, especially when trying to rest.

Short stay

Pros: Perfect stay at this hotel. Easy to walk about the penang city centre.

Cons: The night operations, Main hotel door is locked, need to call a number place on a stick. Very unprofessional.

Pros: That is new, and the reviews are trustworthy! The beds, the bathroom very smart and comfortable. Has a Japanese style toilet and the staff were very friendly and happy to offer more water as needed.

Cons: The most direct route to the sea front was to walk behind the hotel, it was lit so not dark in the evenings but did feel like I had to be vigilant- though if I felt that unsafe I would walk the long way round and go down Green street its self. There is only floor 1 and 2 open at present so there is building work still occurring, didn’t not affect our stay the occupant noise but no sleep was interrupted or experience reduced.

Nice and relaxing stay

Pros: Location was along the seaside and a short walk from major tourist attractions. The rooms are newly fitted and air conditioning is nice and cool. The bed was comfortable and big.

Cons: There was only one type of soap provided in the shower. Small matter as I expect room amenities to increase with time. Customer service was also slow to respond to our query on faulty equipment but it was ultimately resolved.

Excellent hotel for a family stay

Pros: The location was excellent and you cannot ask for a better location in Georgetown. The hotel is brand new and everything worked, from the lifts to the shower to the staff response to our requests. Hot water was really hot and beds were super comfortable. You may have slight difficulty getting a place to park along the street in front of the hotel during morning rush hour but that is no fault of the hotel. Paid parking is available across the road from the hotel. There is a low wall built up at the shower area and that may pose a slight challenge to step over especially for the very young and the elderly. I suppose that low wall is there to create a bath tub effect. Overall I can overlook these shortcomings because it excelled in every other aspect.
