Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly comfy and clean—exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The bed was cozy, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and great location made it even better. Highly recommend for a stress-free, comfortable experience.

Pros: The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Each of the three bedrooms had a comfortable large bed, and the two bathrooms were convenient for our group. The sea view was a nice bonus, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. Great for a short trip with family or friends.

Pros: I had an absolutely amazing stay at this suite in Penang—definitely a 10/10 experience! From the moment I arrived, the helpful and friendly guard made me feel safe and welcomed, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely cared about making my visit perfect, even sharing some great local tips. The home itself was spotless—seriously, it was so clean and well-maintained that it felt brand new! Everything was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I had such a great time and would 100% stay here again—highly recommended!

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The sea view was very nice and Niigata view was beautiful with lights .

Cons: It would have been nice if there was some tea bags and coffee packets in the room

Pros: 1. Good location, 2. easy check in n out, 3. great view from the unit, 4. clean n comfortable, 5. parking lots very close to lifts.

Cons: 1. crowded lifts when checking out, 2. earlier check in time, extra toilet rolls n slippers in bathrooms would be appreciated.

Pros: We love the cleanliness. The view is superb. All the amenities provided, perfectly. Got netflix youtube also. Instructions for check in was smooth. The best part is the swimming pool. Definitely will repeat and come back again with my family. Nothing lack. Just come without any doubt. It was a pleasant stay 🥰

Clean, comfortable and really impressed me with the interior.

Pros: The house was super clean and well equipped with all necessities. From the utensils to the kitchen appliances and room assortment items, the house was impeccable in organisation and design for comfort. Besides, the amenities at level 11 is worth enjoying. My kid enjoyed the kid pool and the rock climbing area very much.

Cons: The only thing I could think of is I wish there were charger points in the rooms. I couldn't find any. So, I charged in the living area.
