Malaysia 🇲🇾

Great Stay

Pros: The Urban Suites are located in a strategic area, close to the town and the bridge. But I like the unit — it has two king beds in the master bedroom and one king bed in the other room.

Cons: The Urban Suites’ lifts — since there are only four lifts for each block, I feel it is not sufficient, especially during peak hours such as morning, evening, and night.

A very nice stay at new apartment but spoiled with lift problems.

Pros: A very nice & beautiful apartment. Equipped with basic facilities such as water filter, iron board, tv, microwave oven, extra pillows, amazingly unit 😀

Cons: Out of 4 lifts, only 3 or sometimes 2 lift were operating. Don’t know why. Need to wait up to 30 minutes to get into the lift. Maybe next trip should consider as last choice due to lift problems.

Nice and luxury apartment

Pros: The appartment was really spacious and clean. The pool was also nice and they had a nice playground for young kids.

Cons: The water pipe of Penang was being replaced during our stay, and therefore the pool would be closed for a few days. They didn’t let us know when we checked in, we read it later in the elevator. It would have been nice to know on forehand. The rainshower only was with cold water and the normal shower wasn’t that nice. Nearby there weren’t many restaurants.

Pros: Room was exactly like the picture. The only bad points were that one of the bathroom heater wasn't working and the other heater wasn't hot enough to my liking. Water filter had ants inside as well. The beds were extremely comfortable everything was clean and tidy staff were efficient and friendly too!

Pros: Spacious and comfortable rooms. The hot and cold water dispenser is fantastic.

Cons: The wait for lift can be vastly improved.

Overall, not too bad. the 2 night stay was very comfortable & my family members were happy too..

Pros: The condo unit /room was very clean and the environment was not too bad. Easy access to the main road. the facilities in the condo/ unit was working fine, air-con, fan, refrigerator, water heater, water tap, steam iron, water filter, tv and wi-fi & washing machine too. Value for money

Cons: No convenient store downstairs/ nearby. Not really sound proof, could hear the motorbike sounds from level 15th at 12 mid night and its annoying.

Clean & Comfortable unit

Pros: There are enough beds for a family of 6-7. Water purifier is a plus point as you don’t have to boil water. Unit is clean too

Cons: It would be nice if a king bed is provided in the second room instead of a queen bed. Difficult to find the refuse room. Check out time should be 12pm instead of 11am
