best staycation

Pros: so convenient and comfy, the view from the apartment so nice

Cons: need carpet at the living room as the floor become cool when aircond was on.

Good deal for locals.

Pros: An excellant apartment. Clean. However, limited utilities. Do not expect hotel standards.

Cons: We were located at Block 1B. Pretty long walk from the Guard house to said block. No shade nor shelter along the walk. Taxi could not approach the said Block 1B reception, however taxi can drop you at the said Block after returning. Funny!! Everyone need to pay a deposit of RM300 to the owner of the apartment by direct bank transfer. And refund is to be made after a fair period after you had checked out. Am still waiting for my refund after 4 days. What if you are a non Malaysian renting this apartment? My rental deal is with the apartment management, not with the unit owner!
