Pros: Near to shops, city and tourist places. Provide fridge, tv, washing machine, clothesline, heater shower, towels, amenities and complimentary items

Cons: Limit parking area, broken washing machine, place to take and drop key is quite far from the property

Reasonable price.

Pros: The location is very strategic and very spacious for a family to stay. Parking is available whenever you want to park your vehicle.The staff is very friendly and will remind you 2 days before the registration date.

Cons: may need some replacement @ repair of old furniture such as sofa covers & loose wooden floor finishes (may be dangerous if tripped over).Also need to adjust the position of the makeup mirror near the switch (for those using a dryer)

Great & comfortable

Pros: Comfortable enough for my family. The view of the coastal area very nice during the day from our window. Really enjoyed our stay

Cons: Limited parking space. Aircond in master room is not working unit number 20 There is asbestos ceilling left open in pantry. Feels like someone went up to the roof for maybe repair work and forgot to close properly. Give me and my family the feeling of being watched by unknown entity. Scary.

Giving off the vibe of rich person's stay from the 90's.

Pros: The location is within walkable distance from the park and Lumut waterfront. Various places to eat. Free parking. Can block other cars just leave your contact number. The place was clean. But the dust is quite beyond the host's control. Love the architecture of the stay.

Cons: The master bedroom's toilet water heater is not functioning. Perhaps I didn't know how to get it started. The toilet seat could use a replacement. It's clean but it looks old. Nothing much I didn't like.
