Clean & comfortable

Pros: Apartment was spacious and clean. Host was very helpful, waited for us at the guard to give a walk through of the apartment. Apartment block was also very close to parking which is convenient since we have a wheelchair. There was coway/cuckoo water dispenser, a microwave & a fridge. Cutleries & cups were provided too. Extra mattress were provided too. The view at night of the freeway was also prettyy. Overall happy with our short stay.

Cons: The aircond in master bedroom was not as cold as the other 2 rooms. The master bathroom was a bit small. View was pretty but a bit noisy with motorcyclist ramping for the holidays. No towels were provided.

A comfortable and well-equipped stay, marred by several maintenance issues that need addressing.

Pros: Our recent stay was pleasant, with the unit being in good condition and offering a homely, minimalist atmosphere. The facilities in the dining area were particularly comprehensive and appreciated, including the fridge, water dispenser, and cooking equipment. The allocated car park was also a great advantage due to its proximity to the lift, making loading and unloading very convenient.

Cons: However, several aspects detracted from the overall comfort. A significant issue was the poor waiting time for the lift, as two lifts were under maintenance, leaving the entire Block A to rely on a single lift. Within the unit, the toilet basin is built too low for a normal adult, and the master bathroom has slow drainage, leading to a mini flood after showers. Additionally, the remote for the master bedroom fan was not functional. For improved comfort, we would recommend reviewing the mattress, as the current springs are not ideal, and replacing the blankets with a standard duvet set for better warmth. Addressing these points would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Pros: Overall unit is clean and spacious , location is close to most attraction places.

Cons: door latch for main door would be good

Everything meet and above my expectations

Pros: Check in procedure was easy, host was attentive and sent us location and information few days before our check in. Premise was cozy and clean, well equipped with water dispenser and cutlery.

Pros: Stay again,the house is very clean,spacious and can accommodate 10 pax of us comfortably , we are a big family total 20 pax booked 2 unit ，got water machine to supply very good location to both the beach and paddy field location is very convenient

Pros: My wife and sister-in-laws are attracted by the Grass Mud Horse doll in the property, it is cute and they very like it. The property are clean and cozy, feel comfortable. Location is good, near to restaurants, bank, petrol station and etc.
