Nice and cozy place of stay

Pros: Very close to the Centrum only 5-minute walking distance

Cons: Hot water needed some time to get hot so I had to turn the faucet on for 5 minutes before I could get a shower

Pros: The room size is very comfortable for my family of 6/person, the room & bathroom are very clean, the water pressure is fast, I asked for plastic trash cans & brooms.. the staff sent them immediately, the best TV broadcast, everything is okay

Cons: The towels have stains and the blankets and pillowcases are too old.

Pros: Pihak hotel sangat membantu dalam semua pekara..everything is complete..happy anniversary to us.🥰

Pros: location just next to Cameron Centrum and Centrum Night Market. the facilities so nice have lift and ramp for wheelchair. have steamboat restaurant, 7E and children playing ground at night.

Cons: Parking is limited. might have to park at Centrum or basement.

overall i really liked everything and im genuinely satisfied - 5 stars . all the processes were made easy for us

Pros: i imagined the room would be bigger but its alright , no issues for us . i really like the part with the stairs and the storage space by the bed and underneath it. the bed is clean and as far as i could see , there were no stains . there was just a slight urine s in a few spots but luckily it wasnt in the area we were using . overall everything was okay and we wouldnt mind repeating our stay . checkin and checkout were easy , theres a lift and the area is peaceful .

Cons: what im a bit less satisfird with is the bathroom . i really prioritise having a good , clean toilet . here , i noticed there was a slightly unpleasant smell , but its wasnt to the point of making me feel sick . the water heater also cant be adjusted well , when its hot its really hot and when its cold , its really cold . the shower pressure cant be set too strong either because the water will splash forward and leak out of the bathroom even with the door closed .

Pros: Spacious room. Comfortable. Suitable for my small family with kids. Reasonable price

Cons: The shower not functioning well. Shower on the bath tub ok. Bidet Water pressure not really good

Fantastic. Will repeat if coming to Cameron Highlands

Pros: Comfortable. Clean. Easy check out and check in. Parking basement available and affordable.

Cons: The toilet could be cleaned more.
