got a non-functional iron but the owner very helpful, responsive and got us the new one

Pros: very near to many attractions like zoo, lake garden, bukit larut, restaurants & cafe, and many more. Also, clear instruction to access the homestay unit. the view? marvellous.

Pros: What a wonderful stay! The homestay is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The morning and sunset views were absolutely stunning. A special thank you for allowing us a one‑hour late checkout—it made our departure so much more relaxed. Highly recommended!

Exactly what we were looking for.

Pros: The property manager, Agnes, was very helpful during our stay. She answered all my questions and helped troubleshoot Netflix issues.

Pros: complete facilities with ready extra mattress for more than 6 guests....secured area and great view

Cons: the designated parking lot is quite high and tight. End up pay at visitor parking at lower ground area. More convenient for someone who is afraid of height

Cons: Only 1 room has no aircond, so no one wants to sleep in there. The mattress were not firm to us.. the location is a bit secluded and very dark at night to get there,

Good enough for a short stay.

Pros: Instruction to the building and parking were very helpful but we still needed to call Agnes to get entry from the guards at the gate who for some reason would not allow us to enter and we couldn't communicate with them in English. View from the building was incredible. Pool looked very nice but we didn't get a chance to use it due to our short stay. Agnes graciously allowed us to checkout late because we overslept which was very nice.

Cons: What I didn't like the most was that two of the bedrooms had A/C but the third one did not which was unexpected. There were ceiling fans but it was single speed and was too strong. I don't think it was explained (or very clearly) in the advertisement. The third room also smelled musky (but not moldy) so I ended up sleeping in the living room sofa which was very comfortable. Parking space was a bit challenging to navigate and park as the lanes were very narrow it was next to a wall (we had a 7 person minivan). Kitchen pots and pans were a bit old and can use a bit of updating.
