Pros: Clean and spacious place with lots of useful amenities. Close to attractions, convenience stores, and food spots. The swimming pool was great, and we loved the beautiful sunset view from the Airbnb.

Cons: 1. Parking was a hassle. It was located in building opposite to the actual condo. And visitor parking was also in building opposite. If you have kids and elderly folks with alot of bags its not feasible. 2. Area to drop off people and bags and go park is not covered and u will get wet 3. Toilets in condo can be cleaner. Grime coated on the walls. Toilet seat rusted screws. The AC in master room reeks of ciggarete smoke when turned on. Complained to EZ Rent but they replied their cleaners did not complain regarding this when cleaning and they left it at that. 4. Worse thing: check in is at 4pm but checkout at 11am. I messaged property via Whatsapp using number given and requested check in at 1p.m. I was given a bank account number for EZ Rent the manager for the homestay and asked to bank in rm100 extra. How is this fair? I still have the screenshot of the message if Booking.com wants to reach out. I contacted Booking.com and the fee was immediately waived by EZ Rent. Staying comfortably high in sky

Pros: Location near to the lake garden 23rd floor, very good view over the whole city of Taiping Sunset view and night view were amazing Kitchen equipped with oven, rice cooker, hotpot, frying pan, filtered water with hot and cool choice, 3 rooms, one of it with attached bathroom TV with Netflix, full of entertainment program

Cons: Car park can only allow vehicles with maximum height of 2.1meter Some kitchen utensil was rusted and need replacement (most are clean and good) No bread toaster No shelf for shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom shower compartment.

Great unit

Pros: Nice and beautiful unit. I like the games provided and Netflix. Got nice view of Taiping

Cons: It would be great if there is more couch for the guest to utilise the living room while watching the tv
