Pros: Perfect for family stay. Cool Aircond, clean room & floor. They have a complete household. Got washing machine, extra hanger to dry clothes, water dispenser, fridge, induction cooker. What surprised me was that they provided extra mattresses and towels which other homestays never provided. They're also provide proper guidelines to travel to the unit during from the security gate, parking and key collect. If i want travel to Taiping, sure will choose this unit again.

Cons: The aircond remote in the living room is missing. But it's not a big problem because you can use the aircond remote in the room, the same model. The owner said he would replace it with a new one after it was damaged by the previous guest.

Pros: The apartment was very cozy and clean, linens were pretty new

Cons: The exterior, lifts, aisle towards the apartment and parking was extremely creepy and dirty

Comfortable home away from home

Pros: Location is near the lake gardens and just 10 to 15 mins drive to hawkers food centres. Check in easy thgh instructions given 4 hrs b4 chk In time which is at 4pm. Facilities quite complete.

Cons: Extra parking shd be given free as for a group usually more than one car nowadays thgh the fee is not expensive. Kitchen utensils are enough for 6 ppl ...maybe should give some drinking glasses as well. The mugs are for hot drinks and need to wash b4 can drink other liquids. If guestS use the kitchen will need few more dish clothes to wipe tables n dishes.
