Majestic Sanctuary Homestay Taiping with Netflix - 2 Carpark

Lovely apartment, very easy to find with excellent instructions. Lovely host and very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Clean and very comfortable beds. Super price and good location.

Cons: Could do with some knives, to go with the forks and spoons.

Pros: The condo unit is spacious with very good facilities providing great comfort in a good location which is higher than the surrounding residential area. Instructions given by the owner to obtain the keys and to arrive at the lift lobby were very clear and precise. Very likely to book it for our next stay in Taiping.

Cons: 1. We managed to use the third room which is without AC by relocating there the stand fan found in the largest room. It would be better to place the stand fan there permanently unless an AC is fixed for the room. 2. The beds and the bed linen were clean, but we probably could be too sensitive to feel some itchiness after use. 3. The basement car park is located in a different block next to the block where the apartment is. 4. Sounded like a waterfall nearby the car park after the heavy downpour, but appeared to be water flowing down at 2 different locations. Hope there are regular checks carried out to ensure the structural stability of the building foundation.

Pros: everything is comfortable. the host also kindly and helpful. may be has to add another aircond for third room and also washing machine 😊

Cons: rubber for refrigerator not functioning well. had to close tightly.
