Pros: It's right next to the theme park. The unit was clean and well-equipped. Self check-in instructions were clear and host is very helpful.

Cons: Food options around were limited and location was a little far from Ipoh town0

Pros: The apartment is well maintained, spotless, and comes with all the essential amenities a traveler might need. We had a great view of the Lost World of Tambun from the balcony and main room, and the park is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk away.

Cons: We didn’t expect loud music from the theme park at 6 am on a Sunday. I assume it might have been a rare occurrence due to a special event happening that day. We had chosen this accommodation specifically for the Onsen, but discovered after visiting the pool that it was not operational. This was quite disappointing. A heads-up from the host would have been appreciated. Unless you’re driving (which we fortunately were), the location can be a bit inconvenient as there are no convenience stores or eateries nearby.

Pros: A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends.

Wonderful Hosts with Excellent accommodations (other than hot water) :)

Pros: The room was better than pictured which is very rare. The hosts were quick to respond and were wonderful to converse with. The property is in the perfect location if you are visiting the water park. I should also mention that the towels were good, there where facial tissues as well as Q-tips.

Cons: The host knows that I wasn't happy with not having hot water while showering. I tried both showers with different water heaters and the host was gracious enough to allow me to try another apartment but the same results. If you have no problem with a cooler shower than this will not be a concern. I am used to having hot water at the many places I have stayed across Asian and Europe. As I said, the host went beyond what was expected to try to resolve this for me. The distance from town/restaurants'/food stores was a little bit but like I said, if you want proximity to the water park it is perfect and this would be each persons choice.

Pros: Everything! The location to the waterpark, the apartment size and layout, the infinity pool, hot spring pool and gym area. And the host was 10/10 for accommodating us!

Cons: There wasn’t anything specific we didn’t like, it would be handy to have a mini supermarket at the hotel for convenience. Sunway are currently constructing a mall next door so once this is built it will help with this!

Pros: Like the cleanliness of the apartment and the host.

Cons: Didn't like the ppl after swimming from the pool and with wet bodies going into the lift. My husband almost fell down because of the wet floor. The management should tighten the rules even if rules and regulations mentioned it.
