Pros: The apartment had great facilities, it was clean and exactly the same as in the listing

Cons: Check-in process requires first going to the security room, handing over your driver's licence and getting a parking card before you can park the car.

Good location and decent place for family.

Pros: Location is new enough to restaurants , laundry, cafe and the town centre through the back gate and yet quiet. Kitchen was well equip and good layout for dinner - Could have steamboat. Rooms r good size and towels provided were clean.

Cons: Pillows need to be changed . Clean pillow cases but No pillow protector used so had kind of a musky smell prob due to high humidity too.

Pros: Apartment was clean, it was a self checkin the owner will provide you a password. Near to Tanah Rata just behind police station.

Cons: There was an alarm on the building on the first night that we stayed at 11pm and at 2am again. Other than that everything was fine.

comfy and nice

Pros: Comfy and quite, nice balcony views. instruction from the owner is very clear

Cons: the same lift being used for rubbish and trash - a bit smelly - on the day we arrived, but then it is not the owner fault.

Pros: You will surely have a nice - comfortable - well manage lodge/ apartment compare to others. No doubt. It's warmer compared to other lodge as well which is very good because CH is really cold at night at this time being.

Cons: The owner strictly forbid adding more than 8 people & urge me to take her another unit, as the menagement forbid adding more than 10. Personally i think as an apartment, people would normally wanting to add more than that. I'm a bit displease with all the rules because me & my family (almost all of then children) would surely treat the lodge as carefully as we can but it's understandable that maybe the owner just want to keep her lodge condition as good as possible. Ended up adding more money to book another apartment & having to be separated from other family members (which is what really frustating me.) I'm stating this because people should know this well before booking & expecting to add more people than 8 like normal home-stay apartment. It's not the same as normal home-stay.

Good location. Lovely apartment. Good base from which to explore CH. Unreliable Wifi.

Pros: Peaceful location up the hill from town. Nicely designed and decorated apartment.

Cons: The WiFi was not good.
