Pros: Location was nearby convenient store and many eateries. Value for money. Recommended.

Cons: Basin was leaking at the master bedroom. Most of the cooking equipment were not suitable to use, like the flying pan non stick layer was totally out, rice cooker inner layer also out. Should change all the cookwares.....

Pros: The colour of home colourful, cheer & calm place to stay.

Cons: Utilities can upgrade the especially tools in kitchen like stove or buy any water filter or water heater to make easier for family. Just opinion from us.

Pros: Almost everything about the house. Location, view, facilities, etc

Cons: Cleanliness. Some part of the house especially space that is hidden (under the dining table, bed, etc is not that clean). But in general area is good.

Pros: Very cheaper price and comfortable place for family that want to save a budget..affordable..the aparment very nice...i will repeat stay here..thank you...

Cons: My opinion,better u put plastic plate that the glass plate,if broken,we have to careful because the children want to used it..only that one..and can u provide the iron and hook..
