Lovely hotel in a great location

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness , free washer and dryer and good shower. Annie made us feel so welcome .

Cons: All was good.

Pros: The place was in a great location and very clean. We got lots of advices from Eva and Ary from the reception about where to go during the Chinese new year’s festivities

Pros: The hotel staff is very kind and sweet – we were initially given a room on the ground floor and asked if there's an available room on the upper floors, and they changed our room immediately without any fees. The place is clean and comfortable, rooms are equipped with all that's needed for a few nights stay, including hot water in showers, toiletries, clean bed linen. The main spaces have a kettle, cold water machine, complimentary snacks and a fridge to put your goodies if needed. The area is very central yet quiet. There aren't many rooms, hence the stay feels private and you don't meet many people in the hotel. Would surely recommend to anyone visiting Georgetown for a few nights!

Pros: The staff, Ari , is very friendly. We enjoyed 4 nights stay. Cozy room and hot water for shower is perfect. Our room is nearby the road but it's not noisy at all.

Cons: Unluckily, the laundry machine is out of service. But we are able to use the drying machine. Thanks for everything!

Great stay

Pros: Great stay, calm, nice owners, good beds. Maybe only the water could be warmer but otherwise great stay.

Cons: Water not hot enough

Great location and comfortable room

Pros: The room was large and clean. Shower worked well and the location was great. The washing machine had broken during our stay but the hotel really kindly arranged to wash our clothes another way for us. The staff were lovely.

Cons: The walls were a bit thin so it was quite loud at night but fine with ear plugs.

Pros: We liked our stay, the lady at the reception was very friendly, the rooms are cosy, they provide everything essential for a comfortable stay and even more, water, tea/coffee at the front desk and even toothpaste and toothbrush. The property is very clean, beds are comfortable, AC worked OK. Location is super in a historical part of Georgetown. Thank you!

Lovely lodge with fantastic owner and great facilities

Pros: Room is so nice and clean. The lady who runs this lodge is so lovely and sweet and super helpful. There is freshly baked cake and other food and drink for free at the front desk, also a washing machine and dryer with a cheap cost for laundry. Location is within Georgetown old town and is great walking distance and beautiful streets.

Cons: Only slight negative is being in bottom floor we had a lot of noise from above, nothing can be done and didn’t ruin our stay.

Nice centrally located accommodation

Pros: Central location near restaurants and coffee shops. Staff is friendly but could be better trained to handle request independently. No noise during my stay.

Cons: A kettle in the room would be very helpful. It is inconvenient walking down steep stairs multiple times to use the water dispenser.
