Pros: Staff is very polite and kind, price is reasonable.

Pros: Nice pods, nice facilities, restaurant below also had good food and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, especially if you need to go to Butterworth as the ferry is a 2 min walk

Pros: The staff were super nice. Arrived late. Yet they were very accommodating. Place is nice for solo travellers. A place for rest, wash and park the bags.

Pros: Hospitality, ease to check-in, cleanliness. They even easily accommodated my stay extension.

Pros: Greatt staff, very clean, quiet from outside noise. Well furnished common room.

Cons: Doors for rooms are a bit noisy and the automated hallway lights are really bright and coffee on a lot. Air con is in the hallway and need to use an extraction fan to draw it into your room which is a bit noisy and let's the light in from the hallway lights. Smoking section is it the front of the pizza shop which closes at 10.

Pros: Simple nice room, good location and very friendly staff from the Pizza place downstairs.

Cons: The walls are really thin so if somebody is noise sensitive better bring earplugs.

Pros: Great for solo travel on a budget. Excellent location, good value for money. Rooms are small but we'll ventilated/temp controlled and larger than hostel pods.

Perfect location for anyone travelling solo to Penang!

Pros: The location is very conveniently located to most of the iconic Penang sites as well as famous restaurants. Was able to walk to most places without any trouble. Nice, clean and modern facilities such as shared kitchen, bathroom, water dispenser, microwave as well as laundry and dryer which is also available in downstairs restaurant for a small fee.

Cons: Doors were a hard to open and lock but otherwise nothing else.

Pros: It's a flat above the pizza place, a long corridor with 10 single pods divided by stud walls and 2 toilets/2 showers, it's spotless, great quality mattresses and bedding, towel also, very quiet. Each pod has a fan and and extractor fan to let the cold in from the AC units in the allway. Amazing location, in the heart of old Georgetown, 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal also. There's no reception, they pizza place guys are responsible for it and some of them live there too, they're lovely, it's safe. Great value for money, would definitely stay again

Cons: The living area is cosy but unusable cause the AC doesn't work there and it's melting hot, nobody ever uses it
