Pros: John was a wonderful host! He received us two hours early and upon departure he left us 1 hour extra. The cabin is equipped with everything a tourist needs! Very white and quality linen. So are the towels. From the terrace, the landscape is gorgeous! I recommend with all confidence!

Pros: beautiful location right on the beach. Totally tranquil and real, in amongst the small beach village, dogs and cats, even an owl at night. Highly recommended. Not for you if you are looking for a 5 star hotel, but perfect for me.

Cons: toilet could be better cleaned. Response from landlord was slow.

Cons: The check-in process felt unusual and impersonal, where the guest had to be the one to reach out first to ask questions

Pros: The view, tranquility, ocean waves and sunrise. Strong water pressure and having the washer machine plus water filter were good bonuses.

Cons: Insects. Lots of ants, 1 big cockroach and 2 tiny worms in the shower. I was totally expecting ants given it's talked about in some reviews. But I didn't expect the other insects. There were also a lot of crows outside making the patio less enjoyable.

Pros: Lovely and clean, pool was a bonus to chill off after a day out plenty of room for 4. About 5 mins from Ao nang in a Tuk Tuk and 10/15 minute walk. The beach is 5 mins away and there are plenty of places to eat within a 2 minute walk

Cons: Lack of toilet paper and the bins were only emptied once in 8 days so we had a problem with ants, we just put the bin bags outside the front door problem solved.

Facilities like washing machine, refrigerator, water dispenser, kitchen amenities and bbq.

Pros: The room was just beside the beach side. The host Mr. John is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Just 1 or 2 mosquitoes.

Pros: We love the view and quiet area. We both really enjoy our coffee with the sunrise view at the verandah. Parking is no problem at all. We will be back again. Thanks John

One of the best places we've ever stayed at

Pros: Everything. The location, the neighborhood, the interior of the house, the great view when you wake up in the morning and open the curtains. The room was clean and looked just like in the pictures, very beautiful. We really loved our stay there, and on the day of check out, we really felt sad that we had to leave. The host John was very friendly and helpful. If we had a question or needed something, he helped us out with everything, such a great guy and personality. The Self Check in process was very smooth because of the detailed information we received. We would definitely book this place again because it was one of the highlights during our stay in Malaysia.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Some people mentioned Ants inside the house. What do you expect with a location like that? It is literally right at the beach. During our stay we only had a few Ants and they didn't bother us at all.
