Comfortable and pleasant stay

Pros: The house was clean and complete with necessary electrical appliances. Vending machines for medicine at the lobby is a plus point when needed. The property located not far from the town and very easy to get Grab car. House owner is very helpful and fast in response.

Cons: Waiting time for elevator sometime can be a bit long during peak hours

Pros: Everything good and okay. All family members happy.

Pros: Owner very friendly, always give us warm welcome, always available anytime, their apartment also very good, clean, nice view and most importantly is smell good.

Cons: Nothing- all perfect

A luxury home from home

Pros: This was a really well thought out apartment Kevin has thought of everything you might need whilst staying there. We are a family of 4 and had so much room. My teenage son slept on the ready made sofa bed, my daughter in the bedroom with a double bed bunk bed and then we had the main en-suite bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Very clean and comfortable with great views over Penang. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is the furry bathroom mats but that is just me, the rest of the family didnt mind them at all.

Nice apartment

Pros: Great view, comfortable beds, has 2 bathrooms. Responsive and friendly manager. The apartment is well-equipped, amenities are provided, and the first-aid box came in handy when one of us had a minor injury. Location is ok, a short driving distance from main Georgetown area.

Cons: Instant heater is used for the shower, which makes the water pressure not as strong, though still ok. Should provide bath mats that are washable like towels (like hotel-style) instead of those that are not as frequently washed, so that new occupants get fresh clean bath mats.

Awesome place to stay

Pros: This was such an amazing apartment. Everything we needed like towels, shoer gel, shampoo washing up liquid washing detergent was supplied. The host is super friendly and very helpful anytime I needed something he was a whatsapp away and responded almost immediatly.

Comfortable and Complete unit for family of 6-7

Pros: I have stayed in a few Airbnb/units in the same building and I can assure that Kelvin's unit is one of the best and cleanest. The Unit is well equipped with all the amenities you need and most importantly the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kelvin also contacted me 2 days prior for instruction and arrangements for check in which is very considerate.

Cons: Nothing, my family enjoyed the stay here

Pros: The host is super polite. The house spacious and super comfy.. Definitely will rebook this property for my next vacation.😊😊😊

Great Stay overall

Pros: Its really a clean and big (big enough to fit about 9 ppl) with extra beds provided (included those don't mind to sleep sofa as well) :) Location is convenient to get to places. The host/agent is fast to respond to any questions and assistance. Well done!

Cons: Overall everything was great except for the security guard which was very rude. However, the host quickly addressed the issue with the property management and proposed for future solutions to avoid similar inconveniences / bad experience. Hence, despite that bad experience, bravo to the host/agent that handles the situation i escalated. One small area for improvement though but not really a big issue, the water pressure in both washroom would be better is it's higher.
