Pros: Monkeys are absolutely wonderful, the biggest attraction :)

Pros: The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, which made the stay relaxing

Cons: Some upgraded are needed such mirror, TV and mini fridge. And there are no shop nearby, this can be difficult for guests

Pros: Calm & relaxing environment. The owner responded fast once we made the booking. The place was very clean and the facilities were complete. Will definitely book again & recommend to others

Cons: Minimal soundproofing. Noise at the dining table can be heard even inside the room. If you are too sensitive to noise, please book the rooms at the top floor.

Nie place to stay in.

Pros: The place is new built and modern, very clean, with amazing sea view. The room we stayed in was spacious, air conditionned and very comfy. The staff replies to requests very fast and are very helpful and polite. Everything is explained really well at check in and checkout. We recommend this place.

Cons: The amenities are quite far, there is nowhere to eat or drink at walking distance. You need to book a taxi to get to centre or the beach.

Nice good value location

Pros: The property is located just outside of the main busy part of batu Ferringhi up the hill from the beach in a quite part which was lovely. We drove but there’s also a bus stop at the bottom.

Cons: The property itself was not the issue just some other guests. We had a room right next to the kitchen and others disregarded the quite times - doing dishes at 3am, cooking, chatting aswell as not cleaning up after themselves. Not really anything the host can do about though. I will definitely stay again but preferably in a different room just cause I’m a very light sleeper.

Pros: I had an incredible experience at this house! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how pretty the house is. The interior design is absolutely stunning and the sea view from the house is simply mesmerizing. The room was extremely comfortable and the facilities provided were top-notch. The owner was also very responsive and kind making the whole experience even more pleasant. When I first booked, I honestly thought it might be a scam because it was so underrated, but I’m so glad I took the chance. This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.Definitely worth a visit!

Cons: One small recommendation would be to add a large mirror in the room. Just something that would make getting ready a bit easier. Other than that, everything was perfect.
