Pros: The hotel was impressively clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made for a comfortable experience.

My stay was pleasant and convenient, but the pillows need improvement.

Pros: What I liked most was the self-check-in system. Since I booked this room for work and arrived late for check-in, I found it very convenient to use the self-check-in system during both the check-in and check-out processes. The location is also quite strategic, being near a convenience shop and a mosque, which made it easier for me to get essentials when needed. The breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good variety of options to start the day.

Cons: One thing I didn't like was the pillow; it was very thin, soft, and a bit smelly, possibly from the previous guest. Perhaps the hotel management could provide better pillows for the guests.

The best worth money pay for a solo traveller

Pros: The convinient of being the center of Penang.. whereas you can lent a scooter and go to queensbay mall or then visiting art village/ fort/ feringgi beach. The room is clean, aircondition.. near shops and hawker stalls if you suddendly hungry at night.

Pros: Everything was so good. Easy self check in. The room was so clean. The toilet also clean and the water pressure is so strong.

Cons: The room is quite small but it's okay.

Pros: Definitely a pleasant stay for me. Location is good and easy access to everywhere in Penang. The room is very clean and comfortable to sleep. Basic amenities like iron and hair dryer are provided. Bank, convenient store and few coffee shop just nearby, very convenient for vacation and business trip. The hotel self check in method was surprising me, very simple and easy. Overall, strongly recommend this hotel for those who plan to visit penang in future.

Pros: DEKAT DENGAN MASJID, BEST! BOLEH JALAN KAKI SAJA DEKAT DENGAN SEMUA TARIKAN DALAM PULAU PINANG, SAYA NAIK MOTOR SAJA JALAN-JALAN. TEIMA KASIH TUAN BAGI CHECK IN DULU! TAMBAH RM15 SAJA, BESTTT! ADA GOSOK BAJU ADA WATER DISPENSER TAKDA RECEPTION, SANGAT MAJU YA.

Pros: Hotel dilengkapi dgn penapis air ala2 coway, iron,microwave,fridge dan wifi.

Cons: Bilik terlalu kecik, nak solat agak sempit.

Pros: I like the price, it's surely the cheapest price you can get within this big city area.

Cons: The room size is very limited and confined, but I think it meets my expectations.

Actually, we put lower expectation for this hotel. Turns out, this hotel is excellent

Pros: I like the security & the location here. It is a smaller room, but the amenities are excellent. The hot water is Panasonic brand, which some other hotels might not even provide us with. They have COWAY filter water in the lobby area and have laundry facilities beside the hotel.

Cons: Room for improvement: the pillow is too thin.

Pros: The room is clean and cosy. Wifi is very fast. I enjoyed the extra facilities such as water dispenser for hot and cold water to make tea. The hotel is quite, no noises. Additionally, there are shops and laundry just next to the hotel. I enjoyed the room, and will definitely book again.
