Cons: There is no window in the room (just a fact, still worth it for the extremely good price)

Pros: Brilliant value for money. Working kitchen, hot water, quiet and laundry facilities for use.

Cons: A little far from the 'main' tourist area but plenty of things to see around and only a short grab away from the primary sites. Benefit from the quiet as a result.

Pros: Good location and have a quite privacy for long stay period.

Cons: Bedroom is small and walls are v thin - our neighbour was singing till 11pm which I know isn’t the owners fault but maybe better soundproofing would help

Pros: Such good value for money! The bed was super comfortable, not like the hard beds we have experienced in other hotels. We even had two pillows which is hard to come by out here. The aircon worked well and kept us cool. The shared bathrooms were fine, quite modern and kept clean (hot water also). There was a washing machine with free detergent, no dryer but somewhere to hang your clothes to dry so no issue. Overall we loved our stay!

Cons: Would be nice to have soap in both toilets and maybe some shower gel in the shower.

Pros: The room was genuinely nice for something like this. The floor was a bit rocky and the tile was loose. So gotta give renovations. But overall really nice and comfy

Pros: Everything was great. Check-in and check-out are very smooth. Wifi working perfectly, room was super clean, there’s a shared fridge in the small kitchen and a drinking water dispenser with both hot and cold water. In the shared kitchen there is also a small oven and some plates, cutlery and mugs. The owner also left two pairs of flip flop in the room for us and there is a washing machine that you can use for free. We would deeply recommend this place. Thank you very much :)

Comfy stay with everything you need.

Pros: The room is spacious, great to have hanging rack, hair dryer, small kitchen, Plenty of bathrooms so you're not waiting, good water pressure, secure front door. Fast WiFi, nice enclosed lounging area. This was one of the better places i stayed for the value throughout several months in south east Asia.

Cons: No extra roll toilet paper in case it runs out in middle of day. Washing machine leaks water. No place to dry your clothes well cause there are no windows. Feels a bit unsafe walking a few blocks around as a single woman. Would like if there was an extra lock on the door so I feel safer. And another towel would be nice
